Went for a walk and I found Spring!

YAY!!!!!! I saw the sun peek out a few times. I took the deepest breaths. I tasted the sweetness in the air. These little blossoms brought tears to my eyes. The triumph of new life against the dead of winter. It will conquer and take over. I better get to all those places that are usually all covered in blackberry brambles soon. Soon you will never know they even exist. I love Spring.

wrist is getting better, only 7 more days of wearing the brace. I am much less awkward with it now. Still very limiting, but have found ways to do things again. Thanks! I was SO excited to see these crocus' blooming! I have not been able to wipe the smile off my face yet.

These photos are lovely. You're lucky to live in a state experiencing spring already--I'm in Pennsylvania and at this very moment we're having a snowstorm...hopefully your spring isn't what Hemingway would call a "false spring."

it might freeze once or twice more, but it will most likely stay at about 40 degrees and very wet. We have tons of rain storms to look forward to in the coming months

You have the first sign of spring I've seen on Vox yet! I can't believe you're already seeing spring blossoms! We have 2 inches of ice outside all over everything. I think I'm finally getting ready to be done with snow and ice.

Spring is my favorite time of year....I love when it stays daylight longer....and the sweetness in the air. Oh, I want Spring so bad !!! We are still in the dead of winter here in St. Louis.

wasn't the weather just amazing!?! ... till it returned to cloudy, drizzly and cold again ... then back to peeks of sunshine! another month or two and the good weather will be here to stay ... for 20 minutes. haha. nice pics. very springy.

Yea, so spring returns yet again. We have some bush blooming at work that smells heavely that is the only sign of spring I've seen. Even my roses haven't started to leave out, we have had a cold winter here. I'm ready for spring and it has been in the 70s so for this week!!

Oh, I love ALL of these...I could almost smell them right through the computer screen! I can't believe you're already getting crocuses, especially since you're in the Pacific NW. Ours won't be out for another month or so. When I look out the window and see everything white and gray, your post reminds me that spring is just around the corner!

It was absolutely Gorgeous yesterday! I walked in my front door and put my stuff down, went back outside to get some wood and it started to drizzle. sigh...I was really glad I went when I did. Thanks!

Spitting!?! How Dare it! Winter is becoming weak and feels the need to bully. Sorry. I felt the same way, the hurt of missing spring, I did not realize I felt this way until I could smell the sweetness from those pink blossoms. It made me realize how much I missed that smell, the fresh new growth smell.

I'm still happy for our snow, since it's really the first we've gotten this season. And thanks for the good luck wishes! It's icy out there today, all the rain froze over, but hubby says the highways are in great shape. Too bad, I want another snow day. ;-)

We will be in the 80s next week. I'm excited as Monday and Tuesday I will be attending the Tucson Rodeo with my camera in hand. With good weather I hope to get some great photos.
